Day 320 | JULY 27, 2022

Good evening, friends. Today is day 320 of our new and fantastic life!

My morning routine is becoming more and more consistent, I am still relying on my mom, but boy, I know that very soon she won't be here, as soon as next week!

I am not stressing about it, but I know that it will be hard on me; I will be solely responsible for getting the boys ready in the morning, breakfast, taking London to school, and all that before our Nanny arrives at 9 am. When she is done at 5 pm, it is me again, get dinner ready, bath and bed for both boys; I can't remember when was the last time that I had a work schedule of 9-5p, only God knows how I feel about it, but the reality of it is that won't matter, it is going to be my reality.

Until then, I have vovo to help me.

Charlie and I had hectic schedules today; she had, wound care, followed by hand therapy and a season with her therapist, all before 2 pm, and I had one but very long and important meeting; it was the first of my final arrangements with my editor, I have now finished writing the last chapter of our book, in the next few weeks, the final polishing, corrections, will happen and just in time hopefully, We will have our final manuscript and ready to be printed and uploaded, I am beyond grateful to God for giving me the strength to write every day and to you for encouraging me since the beginning with your kind and supportive words.

Charlie had a good day, but she did face some difficulties; she was supposed to have hand therapy today, but sadly they didn't come, and it is beyond frustrating, especially when she can see her hands become more and more deformed daily, Since her arrival at the hospital she has only been seeing three times by the hand therapist when she was supposed to have hand therapy at least three times a week!

Besides this issue, Charlie was very pleased with the C-Ville Weekly article; they did a great job telling her incredible story of survival; we are grateful for the opportunity to tell our story in hopes that it can inspire and give hope to anyone in need.

I also want to say thank you and welcome the new friends; over the last weeks, we have received over 1k new members, and I invite the latest members to visit our blog and start from the beginning if you take the time to do that, you will see the powerful journey that we have been since 9/10/21, it is nothing short than miraculous!

Tonight, I reflect on how far we have come and how grateful I am for the miracle given to us by God, and I also think about how much more we have to continue to go.

Thank you so much for your prayers, love, and support!

Have a good Night, and God Bless You!

André

Cheering on Charlie.

On Friday, September 10th, Charlie Anne Xavier was in a horrific and life-changing accident. Though she’s surprising her doctors and nurses daily with her incredible strength and resilience, this road to recovery will be an incredibly long one.
