Day 80 | NOVEMBER 29, 2021

Good Evening Friends, today is day 80 of our new and amazing life!

Today was a good day!

As promised I was able to secure the psychological care that Charlie needs, with the help of an incredible nurse that always is going above and beyond for Charlie. We now will have Charlie having her evaluation this Wednesday and we also have a lip reader specialist within the hospital, so I feel very accomplished today.

Today’s visit was a good one , Charlie was tired as expected for a full body wound care, but we still managed to exchange a few words and she is in a good place today.

Charlie had a busy day today, with consults with several doctors, from eye doctor to heart doctor, they all gave her a clean bill of health:) , and now we are getting less worried about the possible blood infection, the initial results of the last culture are negative, but we have few more days before it is confirmed, thank you for your prayers and please continue to pray for Charlie to remain infection free .

I am just very grateful for today, it is just so good to know that what I set my mind to do on Charlie’s behalf , was accomplished in 1 day, it makes me good to know that Charlie will get the help that she needs and continue her healing process, witch is a long and painful one , also this Friday she goes in for her 3rd CEA surgery! That is a big deal, because that will make her half way there to be fully covered with her CEA skin. Let’s pray for all to keep going well until Friday and for a successful surgery on Friday.
