Day 66 | NOVEMBER 15, 2021

Good evening Friends, today is day 66 of our new and amazing life .

Today was a good day.

Charlie did her second day of air drying and it was a better day than yesterday, she reported less pain .

Charlie was in very good spirits today, she said her pain was manageable and she was happy to see me and we talked about her Next CEA surgery:) Yes, we have a date !

December 3! and once again there is a chance of her trachea collar size being reduced, we can dream.

But before that can happen, Charlie's lungs need to improve and be fluid free, she remains in the ventilator as of today.

We talked a lot today about the boys Christmas, we talked about yesterday's event, Charlie is so grateful!

The reason for my late post today is because Charlie asked me to watch a show with her , she decided on the new season of Dexter - Fresh Blood, and she asked me if I could stay longer to watch the two episodes. Of course I said yes and we had such a good time watching it together.

I am so grateful for yesterday's event and all the love and generosity!

I am sorry for the short post, but our visit today was just incredible and I didn’t have too much to write today.

Thank you and May God Bless You !

André

Cheering on Charlie.

On Friday, September 10th, Charlie Anne Xavier was in a horrific and life-changing accident. Though she’s surprising her doctors and nurses daily with her incredible strength and resilience, this road to recovery will be an incredibly long one.
