Day 239 | MAY 07, 2022

Good evening, Friends, today is day 239 of our new and amazing life!

Yes! We now have our family Accessible Vehicle:), proud owners of a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan, I am grateful to have found this vehicle, it has a rear entry ramp and it is perfect for Charlie needs. Thank you for your generosity. We were able to purchase this vehicle, Thank You!

Today we changed our plans due to the rainy weather. We decided that tomorrow will be a better day to take the boys to see Charlie 🙂, and tomorrow is Mother’s Day and will be a very special one for us.

Per Charlie's suggestion, tomorrow I am taking my mom to brunch, and after we will go to see Charlie, I am so grateful that she will be able to hold her babies on her very special day! Let’s pray for better weather.

Today Charlie had a good session with PT, she continues to improve her strength, her therapists are working very hard with her.

Charlie is so thoughtful of others, today she texted me in the morning and asked if I could pick up 4 cupcakes from a local bakery, and when I arrived to see her, she told me that she wanted to gift the cupcakes to her nurses, Charlie is always finding ways to make others feel loved.

Now, I understand her gift of kindness.

We had a low-key visit. We talked about tomorrow and how special motherhood is for Charlie. We also read a few cards that you have sent to her. Thank you for the cards, Charlie really appreciates your words of encouragement.

I am excited about tomorrow’s visit with the Boys.

Thank you for your prayers and support.

May God Bless You.

Cheering on Charlie.

On Friday, September 10th, Charlie Anne Xavier was in a horrific and life-changing accident. Though she’s surprising her doctors and nurses daily with her incredible strength and resilience, this road to recovery will be an incredibly long one.
