Day 228 | APRIL 26, 2022
Good evening, Friends, today is day 226 of our new and amazing life. Podcast Link
Today I started my day early and by 7:30am our crew was already making progress on the modifications.
Charlie called and talked with the boys in the morning, and around lunch, she also called and spoke with our GC, Charlie has always been in charge of big decisions in our house, so her bathroom is very important and I am glad that she is able to guide us on what she needs in terms of special accommodations for her chair.
After Lunch, I made my way to see Charlie, and she was feeling much better today, we talked about her day, she had a busy day and made good progress, today she practiced standing on her chair and stepping into a special walker, she did it few times, to work her upper body and legs strength.
We also talked about some of the challenges we will face once she returns home, one of the biggest ones is the need for a nurse/aid 24/7. I am praying that we can secure the staff that she needs in order to come home.
And now it is time to release my second interview, and In the first one I went into a lot of details about the accident, and the night before, It is an emotional podcast, the interview happened on the day that Charlie was discharged from the hospital, this podcast is called All About the Voice with Victoria Rader, she was extremely kind and generous with her platform, we hope that by hearing Charlie’s story of survival and our journey with faith, we can bring hope to as many hearts as possible, we just never know who’s is in need of hope and faith.
