Day 213 | APRIL 11, 2022

Good evening, Friends, today is day 213 of our new and amazing life!

Don’t we all love Mondays 🙂

Today was a very busy day and yet a good one.

My day started early by showing the boys morning routine to the new Au pair. It all went very smoothly, and I have a good feeling that we got a very good Au Pair.

After a productive day at work, it was time to go visit my beautiful wife.

Charlie looked great today and it was so good to see her after not seeing her yesterday.

She also had a productive day, her PT and OT therapists worked very hard with her, she even took a lap around the facility outside in the standing position on her wheelchair, she was so proud of herself!

I just want to give a big Thank you to Dr. Carter, he is Charlie’s rehab doctor and he is very kind and supportive of Charlie.

We spend almost our entire visit, going over the details for Charlie’s room and bathroom that we will be adding to the main floor of our house to accommodate her.

We also looked at Pictures, I am putting together a folder of images from the day of the accident until today, a lot of the pictures from the hospital were never seen by Charlie before, I was not sure how she would react and to my surprise, Charlie said, I feel Joy and gratitude, to no longer be at the hospital ICU and now I can see how far I have come!

It is just amazing to see the progress. We are selecting incredible pictures to be part of our book; it is unbelievable how powerful some images can be.

Today we will go to bed grateful, to see how far Charlie has come since the day of the accident, it is absolutely a miracle!

Thank you for all your prayers, love and support! You are a huge part of this miracle!

May God Bless You!

Cheering on Charlie.

On Friday, September 10th, Charlie Anne Xavier was in a horrific and life-changing accident. Though she’s surprising her doctors and nurses daily with her incredible strength and resilience, this road to recovery will be an incredibly long one.
