Day 211 | APRIL 9, 2022
Good evening, Friends, today is day 211 of our new and amazing life!
Today we had a good day.
I started our day by organizing and cleaning up our house, our new Au Pair arrived today and London was very excited.
I visited Charlie today from 12p to 2p, an unusual time for my visit, but I had to be home early enough to make it to the airport to pick up the au pair.
Charlie was happy that I came in at Lunch time, since I brought her Panera bread for lunch.
Our visit was short, but productive, Charlie helped me with the final instructions and schedule for our new arrival, it is just great to have Charlie support, she is much more organized than I am 🙂
Charlie is working on getting into words what was inside of her mind and create the principles that she used to overcome the pain, and to explain her will to live and how she prevailed what most humans would not, and the main reason why she is doing that is to have a guide to assist her as she teaches our boys about her Journey and to make them strong, resilient , compassionate and grateful like she is, I am so excited to see what she comes up with, because I am genuinely interested to understand what was inside of her mind during the biggest challenge of her life .
Charlie is such an inspiration to me, every day she surprises me with her incredible ability to remain positive and how she always is thinking about everyone also, she is a true giver.
Today she had PT and OT, but a little freer time, so it was perfect for her to have some alone time in the afternoon. She told me that she used that time to rest and watch TV.
Yesterday we read a few cards that came in the mail, and Charlie loved this card that I am posting the picture of, thank you!
Charlie is a very creative person and she loves anything handmade!
Tomorrow I will not see Charlie, but we have planned our video calls 🙂
Thank you for your continued prayers and support, I am just so grateful for your generosity.
May God Bless You!
André
