Day 208 | APRIL 6, 2022

Good evening, Friends, today is day 208 of our new and amazing new life.

Today Charlie called during breakfast and also right before lunch and London and Julien loved to see their mommy and our Au Pair took a picture of us ๐Ÿ™‚

After a busy day at work, I made my way to see Charlie.

Traffic on 64 was intense, I arrived almost at 6pm today, normally I am there between 5:15p and 5:30p.

When I arrived, Charlie was ready to eat dinner. I stopped by and got some food.

She had a very busy day, her PT and OT sessions are becoming longer and more frequent, and the results are starting to show, today Charlie walked 172 feet *(I double checked) with the walker, and she also did, two stand and transfer from her bed to the walker, off course all that progress comes at a price, she has new open openings on her skin at her ankles, but that is ok, it is a sign that her drop foot is getting better.

Understandably after such a busy day, Charlie was exhausted and after dinner, she was ready to bed.

We watched a little bit of tv, and I came home a little earlier, so she could rest.

Charlie keeps on inspiring me, her determination and strength is impressive.

I also would like to thank you! Tonight, we did surpass our goal of 1k followers at the Blog! Thank you! I really appreciate all your support!

Today was a good day, and I am so grateful for Godโ€™s mercy!

May God Bless You.

Cheering on Charlie.

On Friday, September 10th, Charlie Anne Xavier was in a horrific and life-changing accident. Though she’s surprising her doctors and nurses daily with her incredible strength and resilience, this road to recovery will be an incredibly long one.
