Day 201 | MARCH 30, 2022

Good evening, Friends, today is day 201 of our new and amazing life!

Well, I started my day very slow, baby Julien decided that he would wake up and have fun from 3am until 6am, so Vovó and I got very little sleep, but I have to say, VoVo is just so amazing, she insisted that she would be the one to stay up with him while I attempted to return to bed, my mother is an angel and I am so grateful to have her helping us.

Because of my late start, there was no video call with Charlie this morning, sorry London.

I had a productive day, we had a meeting with our incredible generous interior designer friend that specializes in universal design, and Charlie’s medical team to discuss the medical needs that Charlie will have once she returns home in the near future, and the list is enormous, just think that we didn’t even imagine what would be necessary, but thanks to your generosity we will be able to make the necessary changes to accommodate Charlie at our home.

When I arrived there, Charlie was hungry, but she didn’t want her hospital grade food. Today she wanted some loaded nachos 🙂 we had a delicious dinner to start our visit.

Charlie worked very hard today, she received her high-tech splints. They are going to be with her for a long time, helping her to regain the range of motion and position of her arms, hands, legs and ankles, she is really receiving the best possible care.

We watched a few episodes of our new show, Upload and I read a few cards that arrived today and a couple gifts. Thank you so much for your words of encouragement and your kind gifts. Charlie really enjoyed this part of our visit.

She took this self-outside today, look how beautiful she is 🙂

I thank you for your continued love and support, May God Bless You.

Cheering on Charlie.

On Friday, September 10th, Charlie Anne Xavier was in a horrific and life-changing accident. Though she’s surprising her doctors and nurses daily with her incredible strength and resilience, this road to recovery will be an incredibly long one.
