Day 158 | FEBRUARY 15, 2022

Good Evening Friends, today is day 158 of our new and amazing new life!

Today I had a fantastic meeting with our editor and we are making great progress:) I can’t wait to see our final product. It will be very exciting to go into more detail about our journey.

Today was a good day.

I had an incredibly busy and productive day at work, and I made my way to the hospital after lunch .

I got to the hospital around 3pm, and Charlie was just finishing with her hand therapist. She now has new splints and the one for her right hand looks like Edward Scissorhands , there are guitar strings to each finger, just wild !

They reduced once again some of her pain meds, and removed one completely from her IV.

Charlie was comfortable and in a good mood today. We talked in detail about the book. Charlie will be writing some parts of the book as well, so I needed to share with her the outline so she can know where her chapters will come from .

We also talked about the rehab and how much she is looking forward to it! I know several of you have asked about the address of the Rehabilitation Center , here it is :

Sheltering Arms Institute

2000 Wilkes Ridge Dr, Richmond, VA 23233

She will be under her real name 🙂 Charlie Anne Xavier.

You can start to send it soon, since she should arrive there within the first week of March , that is it guys!

Her discharge date into rehabilitation is coming soon ! After what seems like an eternity, we are finally getting close to her leaving the hospital!

We also got a very important piece of good news from Charlie’s doctor, he said that Charlie will be able to take a shower next week !!!

Yes! Charlie has been dreaming of this day ! To shower and just feel the water on her new skin ! I am beyond excited for her !

I am just so grateful for today! We received incredible and positive news all around !

One more thing, at Rehabilitation Charlie will be able to receive way more than just cards, you can send her anything you want , her favorite flowers are orchid’s.

Thank you for all your love and support!

I wish you a good night.

May God bless You .

Cheering on Charlie.

On Friday, September 10th, Charlie Anne Xavier was in a horrific and life-changing accident. Though she’s surprising her doctors and nurses daily with her incredible strength and resilience, this road to recovery will be an incredibly long one.
