Day 111 | DECEMBER 30, 2021

Good Evening Friends, today is day 111 of our new and amazing life!

Today is the last night my lovely sister Marianna and my brother in law Giuliano will be with us before they return to Brazil.

I will never be able to fully express how much I appreciate their help, they dropped everything and ran to come in and help me with the boys, they have been an incredible blessing by helping me with the boys, groceries, everything and anything we needed , I will miss them so dearly, I am so excited to see their future, they are one amazing couple. Thank you so much !

Today Charlie did very well, she air dried her legs for the first time since her CEA surgery, she is doing really well, her pain levels are under control, I got her some more watermelon and honeydew, she was very happy about the fruit.

We talked about the departure of my sister and brother-in-law. Charlie is so sad that she did not get to meet Giuliano in person , but she is also so grateful for their amazing help.

Charlie asked me what is new in the world since her accident, it has been 111 days and it is crazy how many things have happened since she got here , well I told her about the new variant Omicron, I also tried to explain to her the NFTs, and Metaverse , she was a little confused by it , it is hard to think that those things were not been talked about it on 9/10/2021!

Charlie was a little tired as usual after her air drying and wound care, so we had a mellow visit, which is just fine, clinically speaking she is doing very well.

We watched a few episodes of our shows and we finished our visit with me feeding her some dinner.
