Day 103 | DECEMBER 22, 2021

Good Evening Friends, today is day 103 of our new and amazing life !

Today was a good day!

I must say , a Grateful Heart is a magnet for miracles.

Today's visit was a good one, Charlie was in good spirits and once I arrived , she was getting ready to get on her chair, Charlie had a busy day today, she saw a hand therapist, and they made her new splint for her hands, and for the first time Charlie was give a compression garment for her left hand , this will help her hand with swelling and reducing scarring , Charlie also had her weekly session with her therapist, and Charlie is doing much better today, she seems to be free of infection on her blood and UTI at this time, and God is amazing and he has provided us with so many miracles, Charlie’s recovery is a miracle on its own.

Tonight we used the 1 hour of our visit to watch the Netflix show with Brene Brown , and I was so grateful to come across her content. Her research is exactly on what I have been doing here and I had no idea that vulnerability was a thing when I started my journal.

I am humbled by the strength that God has given me to expose my deepest thoughts and feelings on a public forum to thousands of people, and the loving and supportive response from you is beyond humbling, I am humbled by the impact my simple words have on so many folks, each day on this journey is a learning opportunity , and I can promise you , if you can find God’s light during dark and difficult times, if you can become grateful, you will open yourself for God's grace and Miracles will follow you !

Today Charlie and I are very grateful for God’s grace and his love !

May God Bless You!

Cheering on Charlie.

On Friday, September 10th, Charlie Anne Xavier was in a horrific and life-changing accident. Though she’s surprising her doctors and nurses daily with her incredible strength and resilience, this road to recovery will be an incredibly long one.
